2014 Senior Bowl Week Begins with Weigh-in and Practices
Senior Bowl 2014 – Falcons & Jaguars Staffs Direct All-Star Classic

The Senior Bowl is the nation’s most unique football game and football’s premier pre-draft event, annually featuring the country’s best senior collegiate football stars and top NFL draft prospects on teams representing the North and South which are coached by the entire coaching staffs from two National Football League teams.

The 2014 Senior Bowl is scheduled for Saturday, January 25, 2014, in Mobile’s Ladd-Peebles Stadium. The contest will be nationally-televised by NFL Network. Kickoff is set for 3:00 pm CST. The coaching staffs of the Atlanta Falcons and Jacksonville Jaguars were selected by the NFL to coach the 2014 Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama.

With the weigh-in measureables in the book, the Senior Bowl practices are in process. Every year the practices on Tuesday and Wednesday are the most critical to the evaluation process. The midweek practices are in full pads in front of hundreds of NFL scouts, GM and personnel directors. These practices with an emphasis on one on one drills are essential parts of the scouting system for NFL readiness.
